"I have stayed at several Ramadas before and anjoyed them. I have even stayed in the Rocklin one before, also an enjoyable stay. But this time was different.
Whether your organization knows it he hotel has been sold. The new name is the Heritage Inn. Although they are using the Ramada ad to get customers they are not giving the benefits. No daily newspaper as advertised. The breakfast I wouldn't if you paid me and the heat lamp was removed from the bathroom, the light above the window was removed and the smoke alarm was removed from the room.
I will not stay in this hotel ever again.
I believe that "Ramada" should be their ad is being used and not lived up to.
